Paddle the Pond Parade

Saturday, July 3rd beginning at 9:00 am (rain date Sunday July 4th)


A Torsey Pond parade of paddlers
Any human propelled boat of choice (kayak, canoe, paddle-board, rowboat).
Two starting meet up points:
1. North End: North Shore near Williams’s dock.
2. South End: Near floating Island.
These two meet up places are visible from most of the lake sections.
Paddlers can meet at their preferred starting meet up point and also gather folks along the way. The whole Parade will meet in the center of the lake near the islands with camps across from the Quiet Harbor Beach.
The Parade can circle around this section of the lake.
Feel free to decorate you and/or your boat.

A Torsey Pond Association activity fundraiser for our pond’s preservation

Sponsored participants can swim or paddle part way or the full length of our 3 mile pond. Everyone is welcome. Cheers throughout the course and prizes at the finish. More details to be announced.
