2024 Membership Dues - $50;  1 year only.  Any additional monies will be considered a donation.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Please include your email address so that we may send our newsletter to you by email and minimize our annual mailing costs.

If you are unable to attend the annual meeting, the Association Clerk will be the proxy for voting unless a 2024 proxy form is filled out and mailed to the Treasurer.

Torsey Pond Association Donation

If you are not a camp or land owner on Torsey, or would like to give additional money, please donate now.

 

Funds will be used to support the Courtesy Boat Inspection program, protection against milfoil and other invasive plants, watershed health, and maintenance of the dam.

Scholarship Fund

The Stanis Coryell Memorial Scholarship is awarded to Readfield or Mount Vernon students who are pursuing a college education in Environmental Studies or a related field. The Torsey Pond Association and Stanis’ Family are proud to have Stanis Coryell remembered in the form of this scholarship. Stanis was devoted to protecting the lakes and woods of Maine. The scholarship is $500.

Lake drawdown has started and should be complete by Nov. 15.  Water levels will be reduced by 12" from summer levels.
